Easy Valentine’s Day Fruit Kabobs with Cinnamon Yogurt Dipping Sauce
Using a heart shaped cookie cutter, make cut outs from fresh pineapple, melons, apples, or other in-season available fruit. Thread the cut fruit onto wooden skewers or wooden popsicle sticks, and serve with a dipping sauce.
For dipping sauce, whisk together vanilla flavored yogurt (regular or vegan) with a healthy dash of cinnamon, some raw honey and a tiny splash of lemon juice. Serve on festive plates with a couple flutes of champagne for a romantic appetizer for two.
