Spring Berry Smoothie
1 cup non-dairy milk (coconut or rice milk are good choices for this recipe)
1 teaspoon chia seeds
6 large strawberries (stems removed)
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon raw honey
* ice (optional)
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If you prefer a more slushie consistency, add in some ice cubes before blending. Serve in a couple pretty glasses and enjoy. Makes 2 servings or 1 extra-large serving.
