Sauteed Mushrooms on Crostini

 

Sauteed Mushrooms on Crostini

2 C fresh sliced shiitake mushrooms

2-3 TBSP vegetable broth

1 TBSP freshly minced ginger root

2-3 fresh garlic cloves (finely minced)

1/2 C finely diced green onion

2 TBSP soy sauce

sea salt and pepper to taste

crostini slices

parsley for garnish

 

 

In a preheated skillet, add in all the ingredients except the sea salt and pepper. Saute while stirring for about 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are moistened. Remove from heat, give mixture a rough chop if pieces are too big, season with sea salt and pepper to taste and spoon mixture evenly over crostini. Garnish with fresh parsley & serve.
