Raw Bean and Tomato Salad

 

Raw Bean, Tomato and Nut Salad

1 large clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (more or less to taste and ‘heat’ preference)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 Tablespoon raw sugar
2 Tablespoons finely chopped raw nuts (walnuts, peanuts, almonds, etc.)
1 pound raw green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 Tablespoons olive oil
juice of one lime (or more, to taste)

Whisk together the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, sea salt and raw sugar in a large mixing bowl until well combined. Add in the all the remaining ingredients and toss until evenly coated and well blended.
