handful of baby spinach (or hand torn regular spinach; stems removed)
1-2 tablespoons chickpeas
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

olive oil and balsamic vinegar (to drizzle)
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
