Lemon Walnut Bean Pate

 

Lemon Walnut Bean PateĀ 

4 cups cooked or canned navy beans (drained)

3 scallions, diced

6 cloves fresh garlic

1 large lemon, juiced (about 1/3 cup juice)

1 tsp sea salt

2/3 cup walnuts

2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor & puree until smooth. Taste & adjust seasonings as desired. Transfer into a serving bowl & serve with pita bread, crackers, chips or veggies.
