Coconut Green Goddess Smoothie

Green Coconut Smoothie

1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup hand torn spinach
1 large, ripe banana (peeled and diced)
1 large, green apple (peeled and diced)
2 tablespoons coconut flakes (unsweetened)
1 cup ice (more or less, as desired)

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately with an optional sprinkle of additional coconut flakes. Makes 1-2 servings.
