Tahini Dressing

 

Gluten Free Tahini Multi-Purpose Dressing

2 tablespoons Tahini
2 tablespoons water
1-1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast (adds a nutty, cheesy flavor)
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos (may also use Tamari or regular soy sauce)
pinch of dried dill
pinch of sea salt

* optional add-in: hot sauce (to taste)

Whisk all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and serve over your favorite salads and raw / steamed veggies, or use as a sandwich spread. And, you can easily multiply the recipe to use as a delicious veggie dip. Makes 1 serving.
