Garlic, Ginger & Orange Bok Choy
3 bok choy (trimmed & halved)
1-1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 Tbsp minced crystalized ginger
1 large orange (zested & juiced)
sea salt and pepper
Heat grill/broiler. Brush bok choy with olive oil & season with sea salt & pepper. Grill/broil for 5-7 minutes, turning once. In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, ginger, orange zest and orange juice. Arrange the grilled/broiled bok choy onto a serving platter & drizzle the marinade evenly across the top.
