Homemade Vinaigrette Dressing

 

Fresh and Zesty Herb Vinaigrette Dressing

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown mustard
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
fresh squeezed juice from 1/2 of a lemon
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly for 2-3 minutes until well blended. Use immediately over salad or fresh steamed/roasted veggies. Ingredients may be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled and kept in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
