Easy Olive Tapenade


Easy Olive Tapenade 

1/2 cup black olives (pitted)

1/2 cup green olives

1 Tbsp capers

2 cloves garlic

2 Tbsps olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor & pulse just until chopped. Tapenade should not be semi-smooth. Season with sea salt & pepper to taste & serve with crackers, flatbread, baguette, or slices of a toasted artisan bread. Or, you use as a delicious vegan sandwich spread.
