Easy No-Bake Energy Bars

Easy No-Bake Energy Bars 

1 Cup dry oatmeal (old fashioned or quick)

2/3 Cup toasted coconut flakes

1/2 Cup nut butter (almond, cashew, macadamia, peanut)

1/2 Cup ground flaxseed

1/2 Cup vegan mini-chocolate chips

1/3 Cup raw honey

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into 8×8 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares, or bars. Keeps fresh 5-7 days in fridge, in tightly sealed container.
