Easy California Corn
2 cups organic cooked corn
2 tablespoons diced green onion
2 tablespoons finely crumbled Feta cheese
sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
Toss the cooked corn and diced green onion together in a mixing bowl, along with sea salt and black pepper to taste. Top with the finely crumbled Feta cheese and serve. Makes 4-6 servings and can be served either warm or cold.
