Devil’s Martini

4 ounces dark rum

1 ounce dry vermouth

black olives

colored fine sugar (just add a couple drops of orange food coloring) – (optional)

Combine the dark rum and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 30-60 seconds and then strain into 2 martini glasses that have been rimmed with orange colored fine sugar (optional). Make 2 servings.
