Dairy-Free Spiced Pumpkin Smoothie

2 cups coconut water
4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
4 tablespoons cashews
1/2 cup pitted dates
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups ice

Combine all of the ingredients EXCEPT for the ice and puree until smooth. Add in the ice and pulse until mixture is nice and frothy. Pour into 2 serving glasses and enjoy. Makes 2 servings.
