Creamy Vegan Spiked Egg Nog

 

Creamy Vegan Spiked Egg Nog

1 can of coconut milk (full fat is recommended)
3 cups of water
5 shots of rum (or to alcohol preference)
1 cup pitted, chopped dates
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Combine all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on “high” until smooth and well combined, about 1-2 minutes. Serve with any desired optional garnish such as a cinnamon stick or sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg on top, and enjoy. Makes 4 full glass servings or 8 punch size servings (4 ounces).
