Cellulite Smoothing Smoothie
1 cup organic, plain yogurt (regular or non-dairy)
1/2 cup organic diced bananas
1/4 cup organic blueberries
1/4 cup organic diced papaya
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger root
Combine all the following ingredients in a blender or bullet type blender and puree until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
