Blueberry Vanilla Swirl Smoothie

 

Blueberry Vanilla Swirl Smoothie

(high in fiber, omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants)

 

1 cup non-dairy milk (vanilla)

6 ounces non-dairy yogurt (vanilla)

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Combine ingredients in a blender and puree for 30-45 seconds, and then transfer into a serving glass. Makes 1 smoothie
