Banana Coconut Smoothie


Banana-Coconut Smoothie

1 banana (sliced & frozen)

1/2 coconut milk

2 Tbsp natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)

1 tsp crushed graham cracker crumbs

Combine frozen banana slices, coconut milk and peanut butter in a blender along with 2-3 ice cubes, and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with crushed graham cracker crumbs. (For an added extra treat, you may also add in 1/2 cup coconut ice-cream.)
