Baked Cinnamon Sugar Apple Crisps
4 crisp apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp raw sugar
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Core apples and carefully slice into thin rings. Arrange the apple slices in single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet & sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon & raw sugar. Bake for approximately 2-3 hours, or until apples are no longer moist. Store in a tightly sealed container at room temperature. Makes for a great holiday or any-time-of-the-year treat.
