A Vegetarian Facial for Glowing, Youthful Skin

Let’s face it, if you’re over 40 you have probably at least once wondered how you can stop, slow-down and possibly reverse those facial lines and wrinkles.  Maybe you’ve been on a treasure hunt, in search of the ultimate anti-aging skin regimen.  Well your treasure hunt just might end in your kitchen.  Those natural ingredients you use for your vegetarian dishes are equally as beneficial to your outer body, as they are to your inner body.

A natural, safe and effective solution to anti-aging skin and wrinkles is in your kitchen?  Yes.  Thousands upon thousands of people (mostly women, but this IS equally as effective for men) swear by this 3-step kitchen ingredient method for getting glowing, youthful, clear and bright skin.  Wrinkles are kept at bay, and fine lines are said to disappearMediterranean women use these ingredients as well, and they can fool many people when trying to guess their true age.

Ok, go into your kitchen and grab the following 3 items……………….

 BAKING SODA

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

(no we’re not making a salad, but you can whip one up after you’re done)

BAKING SODA –  (wash step)  It doesn’t get any simpler than putting a nickle to quarter size amount of baking soda in your palm, and add just enough water to make a moist scrub-paste.  You can adjust the water amount to make a thicker or thinner wash scrub.  If you want extra exfoliating, then you can add some uncooked oatmeal to the mixture.

APPLE CIDER VINEGAR – (toner step)  After you have washed your face with the baking soda, then saturate a cotton ball or cotton make-up square, and wipe your face.  Let air dry completely before moisturizing and/or applying make-up.  For those who have acne, this might sting a bit.  If it does, you can dilute the apple cider vinegar with 50% water.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL – (night moisturizer step)  After washing and toning, simply pour a small amount of extra virgin olive oil into your palms and spread a thin layer on your face and neck.  This is great for the eye area and for lip area wrinkles, but please do be careful not to get any oil into your eyes.  Olive oil is a bit heavy for daytime moisturizing, so use a natural and mineral-free moisturizer for daytime, before applying any make-up.

So What Can This 3-Step Vegetarian Facial Do For Your Skin?

* This 3-step, natural skin regimen is firstly just that….natural.  With rare exception, all skin types will tolerate these ingredients well.

* You’ll see results in just days.  Sometimes even after just 1 day.

* Your pores will get smaller, and your skin will get tighter.

* These ingredients help balance your skin’s pH, so you’ll keep acne and other skin disruptions at bay.

* These ingredients will dry up extra oil, even out skin tone, and your skin will be as soft as a baby’s bottom.

* The olive oil is one of the most potent of antioxidants, and will effectively help slow down your skin’s aging process.

Did you know that Sophia Loren, who is in her 70’s, claims that one of her beauty secrets is regularly using olive oil on her skin, as well as using it in her bath.  I don’t know about you, but I’d love to look like Sophia Loren when I’m in my 70’s!

So, give this kitchen skin remedy a try, and see for yourself, if you don’t get comments asking what you are doing to make your skin look so youthful and glowing.
