Carrot Citrus Cooler – This tangy, delightful juice blend is not only a super yummy warm weather drink, but it also helps boost metabolism by a whopping 50%!

In a blender, combine the following ingredients, and puree until smooth (30-60 seconds)

2 cups chilled carrot juice

1/2 cup chilled orange juice

1/2 teaspoon orange zest

2 tablespoons cream of coconut

Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
