5 Ingredient No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

5 Ingredient No-Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

(line a large baking sheet with parchment paper)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup chopped walnuts

1/3 cup raisins

5 tablespoons peanut butter

3 tablespoons brown rice syrup OR maple syrup

Place all ingredients into a bowl & mix together with your hands until all ingredients are incorporated. Dough will be very stiff. Drop by tablespoonfuls & press cookies together & flat with your hands, to help them hold together. Chill 4-6 hours before serving.
