5 Ingredient Banana Chia Pudding
2 ripe bananas (peeled and diced)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons chia seeds
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Add in the chia seeds and PULSE about 3 times, just to evenly blend. Transfer mixture into container (I like to use mason jars) and chill for at least 1 hour in the fridge to allow pudding to “set” before serving.
*This makes a great healthy dessert, or can even be served as a delicious breakfast.
